SR2026 Competition Setup Plan
The event logistics area is responsible for the setup at the SR2026 competition. Volunteers will be split into teams with a plan for the day, and each team will have a leader.
To aid in teardown, boxes containing items used in a single location should be stored in its vicinity for the duration of the event.
The number following each team is the number of people that team should ideally have.

Teardown
Area leads are responsible for packing down their own area.
For the first stage of teardown, each location should be packed back into the boxes stored at their location.
Only once packed are the boxes moved to the volunteer room where the boxes will be stored until transported to the container.
For the items whose boxes are shared across locations, these should be brought to the volunteer room where they will be collated into their boxes.
