This is the thirteenth issue of the 2016 Student Robotics (Almost) Weekly Newsletter, a (roughly) fortnightly newsletter which summarises the goings‐on across Student Robotics. Emboldened items are ones which we believe could do with extra hands. An absence of emboldening does not necessarily mean that everything is done.

• The kit has been packed and distributed to the various Kickstart locations. Thanks go to everyone who helped with this.
• The date for the first Bristol tech day has been added to the website.
• The dates for the Southampton tech days and the first Oxford tech day will be on the website shortly.
• The location of the London Kickstart had to be changed at the last minute.
• An Oxford Outreach Meetup event is happening in early December for those who are interested.
• The Southampton branch is now affiliated with the University of Southampton's Students Union.
• Discussion of this year's game continues in the private game mailing list.
